Tradebe Port de Barcelona (Ecoimsa) and Ecomarpol have been certified by the Efficiency Network, along with four other companies in the shipping services field.

What is Efficiency Network?

Efficiency Network is the seal of quality as a trustworthy partner of the Port of Barcelona in containerised goods services, such as companies and administrations. These operators have committed themselves to offering reliable, efficiency, transparent and secure services to their customers. Companies that have received the Quality Mark: Efficiency Network certification shows a clear endorsement from the Port of Barcelona of the high quality services that these companies can provide.

Tradebe Port de Barcelona (Ecoimsa) and Ecomarpol are added along with companies such as Coma and Ribas, Transitainer and BC Agency, shipping agents, and Maritime Captaincy of Barcelona. To achieve certification, these six companies have passed the audits carried out during the months of January and February 2018. In addition, there are four more companies that are in the process of certification that began last October. With these new certifications, there are a total of 79 certified organisations in this Port of Barcelona Efficiency Network project.

As stated by the Port of Barcelona “These six organizations have been the first to incorporate the commitments of the Quality Mark and obtain the Efficiency Network certification in this type of activity, four companies currently completing the process of certification of the brand, which started last October.”
