Bioremediation of contaminated sediments in coastal areas of ex-industrial sites

A Belgian SME, with experience in biotechnology products development, production and commercialization, introduced a LIFE project that has just been selected for funding. In this frame, the company, with products manufactured on the basis of microorganisms biofixation process, is looking for an industrial partner for (pre-)license and/or financial agreement. The project aims to demonstrate the efficiency of an innovative in situ remediation methodology for contaminated coastal sediments.
