Clean Water and Sanitation

Value circle: ODS 6

The Aclima Clean Water and Sanitation Value Circle integrates a wide range of organisations working in water and sanitation activities, grouping together companies, knowledge centres and public water management and research entities. All these organisations aim, firstly, to improve water quality and promote recycling and reuse, and, secondly, to manage water resources more efficiently through an integrated and intelligent approach that ensures both the quantity and the ecological and sanitary quality of available water bodies.

Organisations that solve problems, supply equipment and develop technologies across various fields of application (ranging from extracting, exploiting, and purifying water for consumption; improving the supply and treatment of wastewater; enhancing the quality of sanitation water, treating and reusing it; and detecting emerging contaminants) also provide a full range of services to digitise and equip systems with sensors for managing these water networks. These organisations also have equipment and laboratories of the highest technological level to present analysis and testing services, focused on both industry and administration.
