About Aclima, Basque Environment Cluster
With its new Strategic Plan, presented under the slogan “Follow us”, Aclima, the Basque Environment Cluster, aims to inspire the future development of the Basque environmental sector by positioning the sector as a key leader in the Ecological Transition.
Its mission is to inspire environmental innovation with a global purpose, fostering cooperation and strengthening the agents of its ecosystem and promoting the ecological transition and the implementation of the 2030 Agenda.
As a benchmark and integrator for the environmental sector in the Basque Country, it serves the Ecoindustry, environmental services and products, Public Institutions, and environmental knowledge organisations.
The Aclima community currently has 133 members, 103 of which are companies, working in the following areas:do Good health and well-being (SDG 3), Clean water and sanitation (SDG 6), Sustainable cities and communities (SDG 11), Responsible consumption and production (SDG12), Climate action (SDG 13), Life below water (SDG 14), Life on land (SDG 15).
