El Proyecto SCALE UP planea mejorar los instrumentos de política que apoyan la capacidad de crecimiento de las PYMEs en los mercados nacionales e internacionales. El objetivo principal de SCALE UP es contribuir a la competitividad europea y acelerar el crecimiento económico regional a través de la mejora de 6 instrumentos políticos vinculados al crecimiento y la solidez empresarial. SCALE UP representa a seis regiones de la UE (más un socio asesor) con diferentes etapas de desarrollo en términos de crecimiento de las pymes de la industria, pero con necesidades comunes.
